وفيلمها الاول كان فى 2004 بعنوان Thunderbirds
* فى فيلم High School Musical الي كان لها دور كبير في الفيلم
من انتاج قناة ديزنى لاند
وقامت فانيسا بدور Gabriella Montez و اشتهرت من بعد هاذا الدور
الفيلم منه جزئين وجزء الثالث اطلق هذا شهر فى جولة عالمية " الفيلم معروف و حلو "

بعد هاذا الفيلم اصبحت فانيسا المراهقة المفضلة فى
هوليوود بعد نجاح الفيلم ومع حبيبها زاك اعطى ذلك انهم يكونو المراهقين
